The Dynamic Duo-Stretching and Massage Therapy Treatment blends relaxation with targeted flexibility, using techniques like Swedish (gentle) combined with Assisted Stretching (like PNF) or Active Isolated Stretching) to improve range of motion, often incorporating dynamic movements and static holds for comprehensive approach, focusing on areas like the lower back, hips, chest and neck using heat and pressure for improved mobility and pain relief. The RAD Roller can also be used for occipital/neck release or broad muscle work. Magnesium can be included for no extra charge for muscle relief, stress & anxiety reduction, improved sleep, better circulation, pain & inflammation - Swedish Massage is included (long, light strokes for relaxation and circulation. -Deep Tissue Massage - Targets deeper muscle layers and stiffness ($20 upgrade) - Trigger Point Therapy - Addresses specific knots (trigger points) ($20 upgrade)
